Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form:
- First and last name
- Company name (optional)
- Business e-mail address
- Type of enquiry and message
We do not collect any browsing data for advertising purposes. The cookies used are strictly functional (language preference, cookie consent).
Purposes and legal basis
Your data is processed in order to:
- Respond to your enquiries (legal basis: performance of a contract / pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
- Improve our service (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
Retention period
Data from the contact form is retained for 3 years from the last exchange, then deleted or anonymised. Data relating to prospects who have not converted is deleted after 12 months without interaction.
Recipients
Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be passed on to our technical processors (Vercel hosting, e-mail service) strictly within the scope of performing their task, and these processors are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679), you have the following rights:
- Right of access to your personal data
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure (the « right to be forgotten »)
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to object to processing
To exercise these rights, please write to relations@av-transit.com. We will respond within 30 days.
You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7.
